Every step on a lifepath makes a crack. Everybody tries to repair these cracks by communication. Now a days that happens oftetn by the digital highway. One does not meets eachother in real. A lot of misunderstanding is the result, the cracks gets more bigger. Everybody wants to understand an other person for 100%, but on the digital highway we use only 15% of the necessarely possibilities. We forget to use the bodylanguage, tonation, smell and how persons look like.
